Are memberships required?
No membership is required. You’re welcome to book a single session or choose a package that fits your needs—no long-term commitment necessary.
What’s the cancellation policy?
All memberships require 3 months commitment and 1 month notice to cancel recurring charges.
Deposits for the contrast suite are non-fundable.
Are sessions shareable?
Specific family plans and packages are shareable and will be noted on the package purchased.
